At The Witchwood we are proud to sell online tickets directly to our customers.
This allows us to never charge booking fees and offer a discount on tickets bought online for all Witchwood gigs, as well as talking directly to our customers in a one on one way.
As soon as you buy a ticket on our online store you are guaranteed entry, however sometimes questions may crop up so below we've tried to answer these as best we can.

Can I buy tickets online for your events?

Yes! Our webstore is open 24 hours a day - 7 days a week

What payment methods can I use?

We use Paypal as our payment gateway. This means you can use your Paypal account or if you click the Paypal checkout button you can use your debit or credit card - Look for this button when ordering:
Paypal is secure and safe, no payment info is kept by us or stored on our server.

How do I get my tickets?

After we receive your order we manually process it. At that point an email will be sent out to you to print or bring on your phone. Once you've paid for a ticket you'll get in!

I have no ticket / email - Help!

Make sure you are checking the right account - sometimes people pay using a Paypal email address that is different to the one they used to register for our store - and any spam folders you may have. If you are sure they are right then hang on, it'll arrive!

I can't print my email, Oh no!

We prefer it if you can bring your ticket email either printed or on your phone. If this proves to be impossible we can check our door list, bring ID and you should still get in

Hello, anybody there?

Yes! We are a small independent venue and have limited resources, so please be patient when emailing our Ticket Team, we can always help and because we are not a huge corporation we can look after you properly.

Any hidden fees?

No! we are unique in many ways, and we HATE BOOKING FEES - so, we don't have any! We'd much rather absorb any fees at our end, so you never get any hidden surprises, the price you see is the price you pay.


Getting a refund on tickets If the event you have booked is cancelled, rescheduled or has changed location, you are entitled to a refund of at least the face value of the ticket minus any Paypal / Card fees.
