The Cornelius Crane - Saturday 29th April 2017

The Cornelius Crane + Supports + DJs - Saturday 29th April

The Crane play a long awaited homecoming gig celebrating their new album The Difference and single So Long June / The River...
"fusion of smokey Americana and folk music with a side order of prog rock thrown in for good measure - really something special and cherishable in an era of soulless, homogenised, machine-made plastic pop people" - Sounds Magazine
"Producing something precise, beautiful and timely Manchester’s Americana / Alt-Rock inspired collective The Cornelius Crane." - Louder Than War

Supported on the night by the Superb Last Race Home - Featuring harmonica, trumpet, keys and lots of vocals. Singing songs of hard drinking, love, gritty Northern realism, romanticism and heartbreak.
Also in support: Control Of The Going, a group of local heros hitting hard with Psychedelic Rock & Roll. Rounding up the line up we have acoustic duo The Dollar Bombers - A pair of expert singer songwriters sure to go down well, as always.

DJs all night until very late.
Doors - 8.00pm - £6 ADV / £7 on the door
